We are writing this note of praise for Joyce Ingrassia, realtor for our Southwood home in Venice, FL.
As much as we were saddened to leave our Whitestone home, Joyce made the transition effortless. As Florida residents, we were fortunate to have discovered Joyce.
The pandemic started just a we worked with Joyce to list our home for sale. She was respectful of our social distancing and masking, as we worked through the initial stages of selling in Venice.
I can’t believe that each stage from initial paperwork, to setting up beautiful online pictures, to showings, to coordinating with the buyers’ realtor, to closing, the process was a seamless procedure that moved forward in a timely schedule, without complication.
Joyce was always quick to answer our emails, be respectful of our questions, be firm when needed, and has worked into our lives as a friend.
During these troubled times, Joyce maneuvered around sometimes challenging virtual issues and erratic internet. She clearly has the experience to deal with whatever comes her way in the real estate realm with confidence and professionality.
It is with great respect, we bid farewell to Joyce as our realtor but know how many fortunate buyers or sellers working with Joyce will breeze through their real estate life changes with her commitment to excellence.

We were really lucky that Joyce was in Venice to help us find our new home. Living in Arizona, looking for a new place to live from so far away was a real challenge. Not only did she help us here, but was a cheerleader and advisor when we faced several big hurdles in the sale of our home in Arizona. We made one trip to Venice in July, only to have the sale of our old house fall through while we were considering making an offer here. Going back somewhat deflated, she continued to be a positive force until we could move forward. Another trip to Florida wasn’t feasible, so Joyce filled in for us on physical house tours, keeping us in the loop through live video.
